No Refunds are given without an original receipt or packing list. Full Refund is given up to 3 weeks after the class has begun. Classes 14 weeks or less only have a one-week return period (Summer Semester classes have a one-week return period). Books purchased after the 4th week of the semester are refundable up to one day after the purchase date. Books must be in the exact same condition that they were purchased, including wrapped, no highlighting, marks, or opened CD's/Disks. Please attend class before writing or opening your textbooks. Refunds are issued in the same form as payment was made. The exception to this would be cash; it may be in the form of a check mailed to the customer. Purchases by check require a 5-business day waiting period to receive a cash refund. All other unopened/unused bookstore merchandise is refundable within 3 days of purchase. Note: candy/food, Barcharts, and syllabi are not refundable. COURSE SYLLABI/COMPUTER SOFTWARE PROGRAMS are not refundable. SUPPLIES/CALCULATORS are refundable within 3 days if unopened. PURCHASES BY CHECK require a five (5) working day waiting period to receive a cash refund. FINANCIAL AID CHARGES receive credit on account for refunds. CREDIT CARD PURCHASES will have credit issued back on credit card. ONLINE PURCHASES - Same as above except: Cancelled Classes - Shipping charges will be reimbursed to the student for classes cancelled by the                             college. Dropped Classes - Shipping charges WILL NOT be reimbursed to the student for classes dropped by                            the student.
