How do I use the online bookstore?

What is the delivery time?
When you place an order, shipping and delivery dates will be estimated based on the availability of your items. Delivery dates will be estimated at 4 to 14 business days. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail. Please remember that there may be delays due to weather or holidays.
How is the shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are based on a flat rate of $11.00 plus $1.00 for each book.
Ex: If you order 3 books, then the total shipping would be $14.00
Why are there new book prices in my shopping cart when I requested used?
All totals are calculated using new prices, as we cannot guarantee the availability of used books. The shopping cart will always show the maximum amount (new book prices) that you will be charged, only after the order has been shipped will used book prices be applied to your total.
Is financial aid available for book purchases?
You may not use Financial Aid funds to purchase books using the on-line bookstore. However, to use financial aid to purchase books, please see the Miller College Financial Aid Office for more information on obtaining a book voucher.
When will this sale be posted to my credit card account?
This should show on your account within three days.
What happens if my instructor changes or adds books?
If an instructor changes the books for your class before the books have been shipped, we will follow the “Order Update Action” you selected under Order Preferences when placing the order. If the books have been shipped, please refer to the Refund Policy.
What happens if my course is cancelled by the college or I decide to drop the course?
Please see the Refund Policy.
Can I pick-up my online order at the bookstore?
Not at this time.
