A. Yes. If this is your first time ordering from the KCC Bookstore, click "Register Here" during checkout. New customers must setup an account before purchasing online.

A. Once your order is processed, delivery times will be estimated at 1 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) within the contiguous US. Please remember that there may be delays due to weather or holidays. Most orders are processed within 48 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). Due to the large volume of orders, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for all orders placed during the start of each semester. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and all holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Delivery.

A. Free shipping on all orders.

A. The total cost is ALWAYS based on new books, no matter your preference. This is because our new and used textbook selection is limited and always changing. The new textbook price is the most you will have to pay.

A. On the Payment Options page, click on the dropbox arrow under "Choose Payment Option" and select Financial Aid. Then insert your 7-digit student number without the K in the account number box. Next, check the verification box that authorizes the use of your Financial Aid funds. If your Financial Aid funds are not available, the bookstore will contact you before processing your order.

A. The bookstore will contact you on how to further process your order.

A. This should show on your account within three days.

A. When you place an order, a $1 charge is made to your card and then is voided. Your card will only be charged for the items that are currently available, and when your items are packed and shipped.

A. If an instructor changes the books for your class before the books have been shipped, we will follow the “Order Update Action” you selected under Order Preferences when placing the order. If the books have been shipped, please refer to the Refund Policy.

A. Yes. During checkout, when it asks you, "how would you like to receive your order?", choose Curbside Pickup. You will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, and the second is to notify you that your order is ready to be picked up. When you come to pick up your order (please have a picture ID), you may either park your car in one of the bookstore's designated parking spots and call the bookstore at 269-965-4128 to have someone bring your order to you. You can also come in the store to pick up your order.
